This auction offers businesses, non-profits and other organizations the opportunity to bid on individual pieces of advertising services and media. It’s a great way to expand a marketing plan with new advertising ideas and outlets, or to get great deals on favorite tried-and-true tactics.
Pensacola Digest ad space is among the donated media up for bid.
The event includes the media and services auction, a silent auction and networking with advertising professionals from the Pensacola area, plus appetizers provided by the Fish House and Atlas.
The preview party begins at 5:30 p.m., and the silent auction will be open until 7:45 p.m.
The media auction will be going on online throughout the day, and the last bids will be accepted at 7:30 p.m. Those who can’t make it to the auction event can bid online at auction.aafpensacola.com.
Money raised by the silent auction directly benefits AAF Pensacola educational programs and advertising scholarship support.
The purpose of AAF Pensacola is to provide and promote a better understanding of the functions of advertising and of its value; to apply the skills, creativity, and energy of the advertising industry whenever it is needed to help solve social problems; to advance the standards of advertising through a voluntary program of self-regulation; to promote good fellowship and a free exchange of ideas; and to have fun doing it!
